These Brazilian BBQ Kebabs are a quick and delicious summer treat! Marinated in reddevilBBQ Brazilian BBQ Inferno Spice Blend unleashes a perfect balance of flavour for these surf and turf kebabs!
- Shrimp (deveined/tail on) size 16/20 or 26/30
- Steak (cubed)
- Red and Green Peppers (cubed)
- Onion (White or Red cubed)
- Lemons or Limes (cubed)
- Oil (Olive or Avocado)
- reddevilBBQ Brazilian BBQ Inferno Spice Blend
- Bamboo Skewers
Soak the bamboo skewers in warm water while preparing the rest.
Clean the shrimp, rinse under cold water, and dry with a paper towel. Cube the steak, peppers, onions, and lemons/limes.
Skewer the shrimp, steak, peppers, onions, and lemons/limes alternating. Coat everything in oil, sprinkle with lime or lemon juice, and dust all sides with reddevilBBQ Brazilian BBQ Inferno Spice Blend. Cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
Turn grill to high and ensure grill is fully preheated to high temperature before grilling the kebabs. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes a side. When the shrimp turn an opaque pinkish color on both sides, they are cooked; steak should also be cooked to a medium rare. Serve with with rice.
