Chimichurri pork reddevilBBQ salsa

Peach Salsa is the essence of summer! It's quick and easy to make and is best made ahead of time! reddevilBBQ Chimichurri Inferno Spice Blend unleashes a perfect balance of flavour in this sweet salsa that compliments any pork dish!

Peach Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 3 Fresh Ripe Peaches diced
  • 1 Red Pepper (cubed)
  • 1 Small Onion (White or Red cubed)
  • 2 Tbs or 30 ml Peach or Apricot Jam/Marmalade
  • 1 Tbs or 15 ml reddevilBBQ Chimichurri Inferno Spice Blend
  • 2 Tbs or 30 ml Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Cilantro to taste (around 1/2 cup or 125 ml)

Method:

Prepare the peaches, peppers, and onion. Then place in a bowl and combine the jam, reddevilBBQ Chimichurri Inferno Spice Blend, Lime/Lemon juice, and cilantro.

Stir until well combined. 

Cover and store in the refrigerator until use. Best to let the flavors combine well over night.

If you want it spicier add more reddevilBBQ Chimichurri Inferno Spice Blend!!
